Oyster 8-ways Winemaker Dinner with Austrian Fine Wines from Nikolaihof and Pfaffl
This will be an ALL FRENCH OYSTERS 10-COURSE gastronomic adventure paired to EIGHT Food and Oyster-loving Austrian fine wines from Nikolaihof, perhaps Europe's oldest winery with a history of some 2,000 years back to Roman times and the world's first Demeter-certified Biodynamic winery and Pfaffl, Austrian red wines specialist. Mrs. Christine Saahs herself, owner and winemaker of Nikolaihof, will lead the dinner with Bonnie So, the world's first Chinese Female Cordon Bleu Chef.
